Band Boosters
We are a group of parents who help coordinate and organize fundraising, special events, uniforms, concession sales, volunteers, and anything else that the directors and/or students need to have an amazing band program. Consider joining a Band Booster crew or even becoming a chair person!!

Fundraising

Work with the Director/Treasurer to meet budgetary needs, approve fundraisers prior to kickoff, research innovative, exciting, and profitable fundraising opportunities.

Hospitality

Arrange social functions, make lodging arrangements for clinicians, organize setup and breakdown for band events.

Uniform
-
Keep inventory of band uniforms, assist with purchase of new or replacement uniforms, develop and implement loss and damage procedures; establish uniform care guidelines, serve as liaison between director and uniform cleaning company.

Instrument/ Equipment

Assist in construction and set up of equipment, assist in constructing props, assist transportation committee chairman as necessary.

Concession Stand

Decides menu, procedures, prices, and best practices for concession stand, helps secure inventory and equipment as needed.

Band Camp Committee
-
Helps plan meals, snacks, and activities for band camp.

Section Parent
-
Help plan and organize section duties such as washing uniforms, ordering section shirts, making goody bags, and planning section parties.
